Meet
Dr. Kulpa
Dr.
Janus Kulpa received his Doctor of Medicine degree
from the Department of Family and Community Medicine,
Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto (U
of T), in Toronto, Canada in 1994. In June of
1996
he
completed his residency program in Family Medicine
at the U of T as well.
He is Board Certified by the American Board
of Family Physicians (ABFP) and by the
Canadian College of Family Physicians (CCFP).
Dr. Kulpa also holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.)
degree from the School of Graduate Studies, Faculty
of Medicine, Department of Molecular Genetics
and Medical Genetics, University of Toronto in
Toronto, Canada. His molecular genetics graduate
work resulted in several articles he published
in the Journal of Biological Chemistry.
Prior to enrolling in graduate school, Dr. Kulpa
received Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), with high
distinctions, in molecular genetics
and biology and a Bachelor
of Science (B.Sc.) degree in human biology.
Dr. Kulpa’s first undergraduate experience
was completing three years towards a degree
in economics and foreign trade at the School
of
Foreign Trade and Economics in Warsaw, Poland.
When not practicing medicine, he enjoys sailing,
traveling and Aikido. He is married and has a
daughter. He and his family have lived in Ocean
Springs since 1996.
